Something About Me -

I have over 29 years of experience in the court reporting industry in the greater Kansas City metropolitan area. I hold the designation of CCR in Kansas and Missouri, as well as the national designation of RPR. In addition to my daily role in the office as co-owner, I volunteer my time in the Kansas Court Reporters Association and have held various positions including that of president. I currently serve as secretary for the Kansas Certified Court Reporters Board of Examiners. I reside in Lenexa with my husband, Mike, and have one daughter in college at the University of Kansas.

There was nothing more gratifying as a kid than to play in the sandbox all day and build great masterpieces or complicated mazes out of the sand. I think that’s actually when I began my training to do what I do today. It always took a great deal of communication with others in the sandbox to come up with a plan and to implement it efficiently. Over time, we grew to trust each other’s abilities and even depend on each other’s input. And that’s exactly what I do today. I build relationships with our clients and staff and listen to their needs. Then I work tirelessly to implement a plan to help them achieve their goals. The next day, I get to do it all over again with someone new. Yes, I learned how to play well with others in my backyard sandbox and it has been a life skill that has served me well.
